MEAT LOAF

Simple, traditional meat loaf recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs (1 Kg) Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce or Ketchup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  3. Press meat mixture in un-greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 F. for 65 to 70 minutes or until meat is well browned and firm.
